The District of Columbia APSE (DCAPSE): The Network on Employment, formerly the Association for Persons in Supported Employment (APSE), has developed a mission to improve and expand quality integrated employment opportunities, services, and outcomes for persons with disabilities.
Members of DCAPSE will actively work towards achieving its mission, as well as the national chapter’s mission. Although we have several goals, objectives, and activities, our primary goals are to:
We envision that individuals of all types of disabilities, specifically those with the most significant disabilities, will be able to exercise their choice and have the option to participate in all aspects of life and obtain employment experiences and opportunities that are unique to their “strengths, skills, interests, and abilities.”
